Application:
After each reformer tube loading, it is essential to check the load in addition to the quantity check for pressure loss or pressure resistance in the tube. The Edelhoff single channel deltaP measuring device makes it possible to create, measure and document the pressure loss measurement according to the instructions of the catalyst manufacturer within a tolerance range and pressure specifications.
Description:
The Edelhoff deltaP measuring instruments are individually adjustable to the specifications of the catalyst manufacturer. The devices are suitable for tube diameters of 50-150 mm up to a length of 15 meters. All devices have an electronic recording system in which all measurement results are summarized.

Edelhoff deltaP serves to check the loading process and, according to the documentation, ensures the uniform pressure difference on all pipes. A single pipe overheating during the ongoing process can thus be prevented.
