Application:
Edelhoff Technologies is building a specialized camera system for inspection of inner tube walls with an inside diameter of 25-50 mm, in catalytic tube bundles. The state of the inner tube is examined for the degree of cleaning, any damage as well as condition and fit of the support springs. The complete process is video-documented, for example as proof for the customer.
Description:
The camera ensures that the perfect condition of the inside of the tube is proven and documented thanks to a high image resolution.

Ensuring the perfect quality of the empty tubes before the filling process. In particular, that the pipes are free of adhesion and that the springs are in the correct position and correctly mounted.
