Application:

Edelhoff has developed various loading techniques in recent years. Depending on the type of catalyst, manufacturer specifications and structural conditions of the container different filling technologies are used. If different catalysts are required in multiple layers in the tube bundle, either belt conveyors for parallel 8 tube loads or vibratory conveyors for parallel 10 tube fillings are used. In both methods, the priority is that the result ensures a uniform filling of all tubes of a catalytic tube bundle. Each tube must have the same volume after loading, and the same resistance and density per tube.

Which of our technologies is suitable for which catalyst and which type of reactor, has to be clarified individually.
